Procurement Assistant

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on procurement data; 3. Create monthly procurement forms and maintain procurement-related information on reporting platforms; 4. Track the quality of purchased items, ensure maintenance, and implement related customs declaration procedures; 5. Communicate and execute various procurement tasks; 6. Collect and summarize supplier information, including quotations and product details, for the department head; 7. Assist the department head with price inquiries and promptly communicate relevant matters; 8. Follow up on suppliers’ delivery schedules and after-sales service issues; 9. Handle monthly supplier reconciliation, payment applications, and invoice registration, ensuring smooth coordination with the finance department; 10. Review procurement documents from stores and departments and submit them for approval by the department head; 11. Follow up urgently on critical and urgent outsourced materials; 12. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Position Requirements: 1. Proficient in office software and systems such as Grasp and Kingdee K3; 2. Familiar with procurement processes, basic procurement knowledge, and standard contract terms; 3. Strong communication skills.

Mechanical Structure Engineer
